(NYSE: WGO), a leading manufacturer of outdoor products, today announced that effective July 12, 2021 , Jil Littlejohn Bostick will join Winnebago Industries as Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In this newly created role, Littlejohn Bostick will partner with key stakeholders to advance DCI programs and initiatives at Winnebago Industries and lead the execution of DCI’s overall strategy and roadmap. Littlejohn Bostick will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Winnebago Industries, General Counsel, Secretary and Corporate Responsibility and President, Winnebago Industries Stacy Bogart Foundation.
Littlejohn Bostick will join Winnebago Industries after more than 20 years of experience in corporate and not-for-profit leadership. Most recently, she served as Director of Inclusion and Diversity at Hubbell Incorporated, a global electronics manufacturer. While there, Littlejohn Bostick developed an integrated DCI strategy that enabled leaders to build inclusive teams and environments. Prior to that, she was the youngest member of City Council in Greenville, South Carolina, and the first female President and CEO of the Urban League of the Upstate. She also worked as the General Manager and CEO of the YWCA of Greenville.
