Medorion Expands AI-Powered Electronic Behavioral Recording Platform

Medorion has announced that it will expand its AI-powered Electronic Behavioral Records (EBR) platform. The company is developing behavioral intelligence SaaS solutions for health insurers, and the new expansion will focus on additional areas of interest related to health plans beyond the company’s current behavioral persuasion software.

What the extension includes

The expansion will include a complete solution for member experience, risk adjustment and care management. These new solutions will build on Medorion’s EBR platform, which will provide even more insight into what drives members’ health decisions.

The platform draws on existing clinical and social determinants of health data to identify underlying psychological and environmental barriers. It also uses these determinants to identify the economic factors that underlie the health decisions of individuals.

The SaaS-based EBR platform is based on decades of expertise in behavioral science, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and it is the behavioral equivalent of electronic health records (EHRs).

Asaf Kleinbort is co-founder and CEO of Medorion.

“We are delighted to announce the broader implementation of our behavioral analysis platform in new member experience avenues to strengthen the offerings and capabilities of health plans,” Kleinbort said. “By leveraging our proven EBR â„¢ platform, we can better understand why members behave the way they do and help health plans and health care organizations better understand member needs and truly personalize. care while improving health care management service delivery and financial results. . “

Extended product offerings

Medorion’s newly expanded product offerings include:

  • Complete behavioral persuasion software: This software automatically facilitates decision-based digital interactions to influence limb health behavior.
  • 360 member-centric° SaaS: This aggregates all information on behavioral records beyond the clinical setting and includes behavioral segmentation and characterization of limbs.
  • Behavioral actuarial solution: This solution leverages information gleaned from member health decisions to improve risk management and insurance product planning.
  • Care management system: This system provides information on the behavior of members and adjustments of the service offer according to the individual needs of members.

Using automated predefined digital tools, Medorion’s EBR platform can use member health information to enable omnichannel member accessibility. It can cover all member populations in multiple health measures, including those with minimal data associated with them. All of this enables Medorion’s technology to enable health plans to provide members with a unique experience of personal interest, rather than a “personalized” experience, which helps improve health and business outcomes.

New data recently released by the company showed that its software platform has resulted in double-digit enrollments, one-star earnings in several Part D metrics, and increased retention rates for some of the top health insurers in the United States. United for the past 18 months. The company is also emerging from a recent $ 6 million financing round led by 10D, iAngels and TAU Ventures.
